The rules for using Xedir. Last updated 13 October 2026.

For buyers

Searching, comparing and sending enquiries is free. Providers write their own listings; we check reviews, and the Xedir Verified badge shows what we checked and when. Your contract for any service is with the provider, not with Xedir.

For technology providers

• Listing your company profile and up to 5 services is free.
• Paid extras are optional: added marketing services, the Xedir Verified check and featured placement. Prices are shown before you buy.
• When an enquiry that started on Xedir becomes a signed deal, a success fee applies. It is a percentage of the deal value that gets smaller as deals get bigger. The current scale is shown in your workspace before it applies to you.
• Mark each enquiry as won or lost, with the deal value when won. We may ask the buyer to confirm.
• Listings must be accurate. Paid placement is always labelled and never changes ratings or the order of reviews.
• Reviews follow the review policy. You can reply to reviews but can't edit or remove them.

Acceptable use

Don't post false information, review yourself or a competitor, scrape the site, or try to identify or contact a buyer who hasn't chosen to give you their details. Answer enquiries through your Xedir inbox. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Xedir is a directory. We aren't responsible for the services providers deliver. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
