How reviews work

Every review on Xedir comes from a customer of the provider, through a single-use link. Our team reads each review before it is published.

Labels

• Invited: the provider sent the customer the review link.
• Customer verified: we checked the reviewer works at the customer company.
• Confirmed by provider: the provider confirmed this is a current or past customer.

What providers can and can't do

Providers can reply publicly to any review. They can't edit, hide or remove a review, and paying for Xedir never changes a rating or the order reviews appear in.

What we remove

Reviews that aren't about a real customer experience, contain personal data or abuse, or come from someone connected to the provider.
