Is it really free?
Yes. Your company profile, up to 5 services, unlimited review invitations and an enquiry inbox are free, with no subscription. You never pay per enquiry. We only charge when a deal you win through Xedir goes ahead (a percentage that gets smaller as deals get bigger), and for optional extras like marketing services and Xedir Verified.
Can I list if my company is based in South Africa?
Yes. Your profile shows your head office town or city, and buyers anywhere in the world can find you and enquire directly.
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices show in pounds sterling. You choose for each service whether prices show at all. If you hide them, buyers see “Price on request” and can ask you directly.
How do you stop fake reviews?
Every review is checked before it's published and labelled with how it was collected, for example invited by the provider or customer verified.
